With 30+ years of experience, dedicated to helping seniors and older adults with disabilities such as HIV, MS, and pre/post-hip surgery. I focus on improving balance, mobility, gait, and posture for Parkinson’s clients while reducing stiffness in muscles and joints.
I design safe and effective exercise programs for individuals and groups, using my knowledge of human anatomy and functional movement to create personalized plans that enhance strength, range of motion, and cardiovascular health.
My goal is to empower clients with the skills and confidence to maintain their health, independence, and overall well-being.

Throughout the years, I have been coaching individuals with Parkinson’s, mobility challenges, and those recovering from injuries and surgeries, empowering them to move with greater ease in their everyday lives. Through guided exercises, strength training, and mobility-focused movements, I help you regain control over your body—so you can walk with more ease, improve balance, and build the strength needed for daily tasks like standing up, reaching, or getting in and out of a chair.
I offer personalized one-on-one training and group sessions, available in-person at parks and virtually via Zoom, making it accessible for everyone. Each session is tailored to your needs, abilities, and goals, ensuring you get the right exercises and support to help you progress safely and effectively.
While Parkinson’s and other mobility challenges don’t go away, staying active can make a significant difference. My goal is to empower you to move better, feel stronger, and regain a sense of control over your movements, so you can go about your daily life with greater ease and confidence.
